Delivery

  1. Orders are delivered via courier companies or to parcel lockers, according to the customer’s choice made during the checkout process.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and the order value.
  3. The order processing time is between 3 and 14 business days, counted from the moment the payment is received, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  4. In the event of delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock shortages or carrier issues), the customer will be informed via email.
  5. The delivery address must be provided correctly during checkout. The store is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect data entered by the customer.

Payment

  1. The following payment methods are available in the store:
    • Bank transfer.
    • Cash on delivery (if available).
  2. Payment for the order must be completed within 7 calendar days from the date the order is placed. After this time, the order may be cancelled.

  3. All prices displayed in the store are gross prices (including VAT, if applicable) and are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN), unless stated otherwise.
