Terms and Conditions of the Nexplor Online Store

§1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://nexplor.eu, hereinafter referred to as the “Store.”
  2. The owner of the Store is Marcin Żuchaj.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to all Users of the Store and define the rules for registration, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and handling complaints.
  4. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Scope of Services and Products Offered

  1. The Store offers products with custom prints, such as:
    • Clothing (T-shirts, hoodies),
    • Gadgets (mugs, pillows, pens, and others),
  2. All products available in the Store are personalized according to the Customer’s choice, which means that the print is prepared individually based on submitted materials or a selected design.

§3 Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed via:
  2. To place an order, the Customer is required to provide accurate contact and address details.
  3. Each order requires acceptance by the Store, which is confirmed by sending an email confirmation.
  4. Order processing begins after:
    • Approval of the print design (if required)
    • Confirmation of payment (in the case of prepayment)

§4 Payments and Prices

  1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable).
  2. Accepted payment methods:
    • Bank transfer.
    • Online payments.
  3. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

§5 Delivery

  1. Products are delivered via courier companies or to parcel lockers.
  2. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer, unless a promotion states otherwise.
  3. Order processing time ranges from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the print and product availability.

§6 Returns and Complaints

  1. Personalized products (with custom prints) are not eligible for return, in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
  2. The Customer has the right to file a complaint in the following cases:
    • Defective print execution.
    • Receiving a damaged product..
  3. The complaint must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the product to the following email address: [m.zuchaj@outlook.com], including photos of the defect or damage.
  4. The Store will process the complaint within 14 days of its submission.

§7 Personal Data Protection

  1. The controller of the Customer’s personal data is the Store owner.
  2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and handling complaints.
  3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

§8 Final Provisions

  1. The Store reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, provided that such changes do not infringe upon the rights already acquired by Customers.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 24 November 2024.
