§1 Returns of Personalized Products
In accordance with Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, personalized products (e.g., clothing or items with custom prints) are not eligible for return, as they are made to the customer’s individual order.
Exceptions apply in cases where:
- The product is damaged.
- The print does not match the approved design.
- The product is not in accordance with the order.
§2 Return Procedure in Exceptional Cases
A customer who wishes to request a return in exceptional circumstances (e.g., due to a defect) should:
- Contact the Store via email at: m.zuchaj@outlook.com.
- Provide photos documenting the defect or non-compliance of the product.
- Include order details: order number, full name, and date of purchase.
The Store will review the claim within 14 business days from the date of submission.
If the complaint is accepted, the customer will be informed about the next steps, including the possibility of:
- Replacing the product with a new one.
- Receiving a refund if replacement is not possible.
§3 Return Costs
If the complaint is accepted, the Store covers the cost of return shipping and re-delivery.
If the complaint is rejected, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
§4 Return Address
After the claim is approved, the customer will receive the exact return shipping address.
§5 Returns of Non-Personalized Products
For non-personalized products, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To make a return, the customer should:
- Inform the Store about the withdrawal by sending a withdrawal form to: m.zuchaj@outlook.com.
- Return the product in unused and complete condition to the provided address within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal.
The refund will be issued within 14 business days from receiving the returned product.
